As you may know, I am an active member of the popular healthy-living website, SparkPeople.com.  In an effort to help SparkPeople live out their mission of helping millions of people reach their goals and live healthier lives, I have joined a contest they're holding called "The Spark Free Chapter Challenge."  If you have one minute to spare, I could use your help, because I REALLY want to win!

    We heard the music coming from the park about 4 blocks away and walked up there to check it out. I thought of our worship band who likes to jam and how they might enjoy a crack at an evening gig here. So Bruce, here it is. Contact the Anoka parks and rec and see how you can get on the list for a 7-8PM Sunday evening up here. We could start it out with a picnic and then get the gear unloaded and set up.

    The ride home from Target Field was adventurous with Tornadoes in the area, 70MPH straight line winds and torrential rain fall with standing water on the roads.
